We have been engaged at the new Cavalier Residences, in Virginia Beach since their earliest days.  We provided not only these home designs but Town Architect services to the community.  The range of housing types we were able to design ranged from cottages, to village homes, town homes and estates.  The designs were inspired by traditional types found around the mid-atlantic.  Each home takes into account its location within the larger design of the community and taking advantage of what each site has to offer.  The homes were placed on the grounds of the historic Cavalier Hotel to help fund the renovation of the grand 1920's hotel so it may serve the community for the next hundred years.
