We were excited to be part of the Somerville Collection at Alys Beach.  We designed two end unit courtyard homes over looking the boulevard.  Each home features unique elements to take advantage of their respected sites, from the sunset roof terrace to the courtyard, and the living room terrace experience of the other home. The homes were designed with the courtyards being the heart of the home.
