We have been working at East Beach a traditional neighborhood development on the Chesapeake Bay since its earliest days.  These are a collection of homes designed for specific client needs and budgets each taking advantage of their site and how the client likes to live.  The designs were inspired by mid-atlantic architecture and detailing.  They range from cottage homes to homes with Bay front views and everything in between.  Many of the homes have auxiliary dwelling units in the form of carriage houses that compliment the main house and help to organize outdoor rooms and gardens.
